Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Faith & Digital Flames, unless a different age requirement is imposed by Apple or applicable law. You agree to use the app in a respectful, lawful, and appropriate manner and not for harassment, abuse, threats, fraudulent activity, or any misuse of the devotional experience.
License to use the app
Red Static Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial devotional use on your iPhone or other supported Apple device. You may not reverse engineer, attempt to circumvent the app's purchase or redemption logic, resell access, or misuse the app.
Apple App Store distribution
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. These web terms are supplemental to Apple's app store terms and any applicable Apple policies. This site does not automatically replace Apple's standard EULA or App Store terms. If an App Store EULA or purchase agreement is presented in the app, those terms control as applicable.
Consumable in-app purchases
Faith & Digital Flames may offer individual seven-day devotional candles as consumable in-app purchases. These are purchased through Apple's App Store checkout and are subject to Apple's billing and refund policies. Purchases are intended for personal devotional use and are not subscriptions.
Billing, refunds, and payment processing
Apple controls payment processing, receipts, taxes, and refund decisions for purchases made in the App Store. Red Static Studio does not independently process card data. If a purchase is reversed, cancelled, or unavailable, the resulting app state may be affected by Apple or by our production service configuration.
Religious and devotional content
Faith & Digital Flames provides devotional reflections, scripture passages, prayer prompts, and saint-based content for spiritual reflection. This content is devotional in nature and should be understood as a support for personal prayer, contemplation, and reflection rather than as a guarantee of specific spiritual outcomes.
No medical or mental-health claims
The app does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical, mental-health, or other professional conditions. Any use of the app for mental-health support or emotional care should not replace care from a qualified professional. This is not medical, mental-health, or professional advice.
Intellectual property
All app content, design elements, branding, text, artwork, and software associated with Faith & Digital Flames are owned by Red Static Studio or its licensors, unless otherwise credited. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or derive works from the app or its materials without written permission.
Availability, updates, and service changes
Red Static Studio may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service to improve reliability, security, or user experience. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular feature will remain indefinitely unchanged.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Red Static Studio disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted use. Any limitation of liability language in these terms should be reviewed by counsel before final legal publication and may require jurisdiction-specific revision.
Termination
Red Static Studio may suspend or terminate access to the app or a related feature if a user violates these terms, engages in abusive or fraudulent activity, or otherwise materially breaches the use conditions. Users may stop using the app at any time.
Changes to these terms
Red Static Studio may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after revision means the user agrees to the revised terms.
